摘 要:文章针对客运机车低轴重大功率的特点,提出了一种A-1-A轴式的客运电力机车转向架方案。该方案既可以满足低轴重要求(不大于17 t),也可满足整车功率大于4 800 kW的要求。该方案驱动单元采用成熟的弹性架悬六连杆空心轴,以达到有效降低簧下质量的目的。计算结果表明,该方案机车的动力学性能既能满足既有线路的要求,也能满足客运专线200 km/h速度等级运行要求。This paper presents the characteristics of low axle road and heavy power of passenger locomotive, and an A-1-A type bogie for passenger electric locomotive is put forward. The bogie can meet the requirements of the axle road under 17 tons and vehicle power greater than 4 800 kW. The drive unit adopts the elastic suspension method and the mature round of six hollow rod, which can reduce unsprung mass effectively. The results show that the dynamic performance of the locomotive can not only meet the requirements of the existing railway, but also meet the requirements of 200 km/h speed grade for passenger special lines.
