摘　　要：文章应用2013-2015年京津冀地区的城市面板数据,从产业结构高级化和合理化两个维度实证分析产业结构调整对雾霾污染的影响。结果表明：雾霾污染与产业结构高级化指数呈现“U”型曲线关系,现阶段处于拐点的右侧,与产业结构合理化指数显著正相关;与经济增长速度呈现倒“N”型曲线关系,不符合环境库兹涅茨假说;与经济规模、对外开放程度显著负相关,与房屋建筑施工面积显著正相关。据此,需进一步加快生产性服务业向知识、技术导向型服务业升级,加强对外开放水平,推广绿色建筑,降低扬尘污染。Applying the panel data of the cities of Jing-Jin-Ji region from 2013 to 2015, this paper carries out an empirical study on the influence of industrial structure adjustment to haze pollution from two dimensions of industrial structure high-level index and rationalization index. The results showed that： The relationship between haze pollution and high-level index of industrial structure is a ＂U＂ shaped curve, and the present high-level index is on the right side of the turning point. The rationalization index of industrial structure has significantly positively related to haze pollution; The relationship between economic growth and haze pollution does not comply with the environmental Kuznet hypothesis, it presents Inverted an ＂N＂ curve; The haze pollution has a significant negative correlation with economic scale and its openness, but has significant positive correlation with the construction area. Accordingly, we need to further accelerate the upgrading from producer service industries to knowledge and technology oriented service industries, strengthen the level of opening to the outside world and green ecological construction, and reduce the dust pollution degree.
