摘　　要：安全生产是企业发展的基础,安全生产管理是安全生产的重要保障。随着生产规模和生产效率的提增,安全生产要求越来越突出,安全生产管理难度越来越大,传统的安全生产管理手段已经难以适应新形势下安全生产管理工作的要求。舰船行业科研院所应在总结既往安全生产管理工作经验的基础上,借助信息和网络技术,建设和应用安全生产管理信息系统,有效发挥安全生产信息平台在安全管理、预防和决策过程中的作用,实现安全生产过程全方位监管和信息综合与查询,落实安全生产规范、固化安全生产标准化工作流程,实现安全检查与隐患管理、安全教育培训管理、设备设施、危险源、危险作业、危化品的管理和职业健康管理,从各方面提高安全生产管理的效率和管理水平,为科研和安全生产保驾护航。Safety production is the foundation of enterprise development, and safety production management is an important guarantee of safety production. With the increasing of production scale and production efficiency, the requirement of safety production is more and more outstanding, and the management of safety production is becoming more and more difficult. The traditional means of safety production management are difficult to meet the requirements of safety management of new situation. On the basis of summarizing the previous work experience of safety production management, the research institute of shipbuilding industry should constructe and applicate the safety management information system based on information technology and network technology, which realized the omnibearing management of the safety production, effectively displayed the function of the safety production information platform in the safety management, prevention and decision-making process, implemented the safety management standard, and solidified the standardization work flow of the safety production. It realized safety inspection and hidden dangers management, safety education and training management, equipment and facilities management, dangerous sources management, dangerous operations management, hazardous chemicals management and occupational health management, improved the efficiency and management level of safety production management in all aspects.
