建筑工程施工阶段监理质量控制浅析

摘　　要：施工阶段为建筑工程从图纸向实体形成的中间环节,也是工程项目质量控制的关键环节,施工阶段的质量控制得当与否直接决定工程实体最终质量的优劣。本文从监理对建筑工程管理的视角出发,以建筑工程施工阶段时间顺序为线,采取事前审查预控,事中旁站、巡视、指令等手段管理和事后复查、反馈等办法,提出了对建筑工程施工各阶段质量控制的内容、关键点及采取的主要措施。为建筑工程监理企业更规范合理地对施工现场的质量管理提出自己的看法。The construction stage is the intermediate link of construction engineering from drawing to entity. It is also the key link of quality control of engineering project. The quality control in the construction stage directly determines the quality of the final quality of the engineering entity. From the perspective of supervision and management of construction engineering, this paper takes the time sequence of construction engineering construction as the line, adopts pre-examination and pre-control, side station, patrol, instruction and post-mortem review and feedbacks, and proposes the content, key points and main measures taken for the quality control of each stage of construction engineering. Some suggestions are put forward for the construction engineering supervision enterprise to carry out more standardized and reasonable quality management of the construction site.
