摘 要:为减少采煤工作面间煤柱资源损失,提高采区资源回收率,推广应用小煤柱沿空掘采技术非常必要。而在留设小煤柱掘进期间巷道收缩变形量较大,为确保巷道有效断面,采用锚注技术加固巷道围岩,将巷道围岩变形控制在允许范围内,以满足巷道通风、设备运输等用途需要。2016年在黄岩汇煤矿15113工作面轨道顺槽应用小煤柱锚注加固技术应用,在实际施工中取得好的效果。此项加固技术经济有效,同时有力的支持了小煤柱掘采技术的应用。In order to reduce the loss of coal pillar resources between coal mining face and improve the recovery rate of mining resources, it is necessary to promote the application of small coal pillars along the goaf. During the excavation of small coal pillars, the contraction deformation of the roadway is large. In order to ensure the effective section of the roadway, the anchoring technology is used to strengthen the surrounding rock of the roadway, and the deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is controlled within the allowable range to meet the needs of roadway ventilation, equipment transportation and other purposes. In 2016, the application of small coal pillar anchoring and reinforcement technology was applied to the track of the 15113 working face of Huangyanhui Coal Mine, which achieved good results in actual construction. This reinforcement technology is economical and effective, and at the same time strongly supports the application of small coal pillar mining technology.
