摘　　要：本文通过对信阳茶农农药使用情况的调查,找出影响茶农进行农药使用行为的影响因素,为政府如何对信阳茶叶质量水平、构建完善的监督管理系进行有效监管提供建议。This paper finds out the influencing factors affecting the use of pesticides by tea farmers through the investigation of the use of pesticides by Xinyang tea farmers, and provides suggestions for how the government can effectively supervise the quality level of Xinyang tea and a sound supervision and management system building.
