摘　　要：本研究从江苏科技税收优惠政策落实评估入手,包括对税收优惠政策和政策组织实施情况的梳理分析。在此基础上,从税收政策、统计指标和组织体系三个层面提出优化税收优惠政策落实统计体系的建议。This study starts with the evaluation of the implementation of Jiangsu science and technology tax incentives, including review of the implementation of tax incentives and policy organizations. On this basis, from the three levels of tax policy, statistical indicators and organizational system, the paper puts forward suggestions for optimizing the implementation of the statistical system of tax preferential policies.
