摘　　要：目的:探讨加速康复理念在肝移植患者围手术期间的应用。方法:回顾性收集山东大学齐鲁医院2018年1—5月围手术期实施ERAS方案的7例肝移植患者资料并进行分析。结果:7例肝移植患者顺利实施ERAS方案,所有患者术后即刻拔除气管插管,1例患者发生肺水肿,余患者无并发症发生,7例患者均顺利出院,术后平均住院时间15 d,未出现非计划再手术及30 d内再入院患者。结论:在肝移植患者中实施ERAS措施安全可行,值得临床应用推广。Objective： To explore the application of Enhanced recovery after surgery （ERAS） in perioperative period of liver transplantation patients. Methods： The clinical data of 7 cases undergoing liver transplantation from January 2018 to May 2018 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,the ERAS scheme was implemented in all patients during the perioperative period. Results： ERAS program was implemented in7 cases successfully, trachea intubation were removed immediately after operation and no reintubation taken place, no other complications occurred except 1 patients with pulmonary edema, all patients were discharged smoothly, the average postoperative hospital time was 15 days, no unplanned reoperation and 30 days rehospitalization cases. Conclusion：ERAS is safe and feasible in patients undergoing liver transplantation.
