耳穴压豆辅助治疗老年失眠40例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察耳穴压豆治疗老年失眠的临床疗效。方法将80例老年失眠患者采用随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组给予七叶神安片口服,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合耳穴压豆治疗。8周为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较2组治疗前后的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 2组治疗后PSQI评分均显著下降,与同组治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组下降更显著,与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组总有效率为67.5%,治疗组为90.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳穴压豆能显著改善老年失眠患者的睡眠质量,临床疗效显著,且无明显不良反应发生,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of senile insomnia treated with auricular point pressing with bean.Methods 80 cases of senile insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 40 cases in each. The control group was treated with Qiye Shen＇an Pian,On the basis of this,the treatment group was given auricular point pressing with bean. Both were treated for 8 weeks as one course. After 1 course,the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index（ PSQI）,clinical effects and the adverse effects,before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the scores of PSQI reduced noticeably,differences in the same group were significant（ P〈0.05）,and the treatment group dropped more,differences before and after treatment for both groups were very significant（ P〈0.05）; the total effective rate in the treatment group was 90.0%and 67.5% in the control group with significant differences（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Auricular point pressing with bean can significantly improve the sleep quality of senile insomnia patients without obvious adverse effects,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
