摘  要:选择东莨菪碱含量83%的洋金花提取物为原料,通过加酸成盐和冷冻结晶的方法,制得纯度为99.40%、临床用药的氢溴酸东莨菪碱,并采用DSC、自动旋光仪对样品进行了确证。结果表明,制得的氢溴酸东莨菪碱符合药典中对氢溴酸东莨菪碱的熔点和旋光度的规定。With the flos daturae extract as the raw material (scopolamine purity of 83%) , the preparation of scopolamine hydrobromide was achieved by addition of hydrobromie acid to salt and freezing crystallization. The purity of scopolamine hydro bromide crystals was determined to be 99.40% by high periormanee liquid ehromatograpgy. Meanwhile, the crystals were confirmed by using difterential scanning calorimeter and automatic polarimeter. The resuhs revealed that the prapared scopolamine hydrobromide crystals comply with the pharmacopoeia specification for melting points and optical rotations of scopolamine hydrobromide.
