摘 要:对于现有滚珠丝杠副接触刚度测量中系统复杂、成本高,以及未考虑台架变形因素等问题,对滚珠丝杠副接触刚度测量进行研究。根据接触刚度测量原理,设计并搭建了滚珠丝杠副接触刚度测量试验台架。在对台架变形进行有限元仿真分析的基础上,提出了台架变形修正算法。通过试验对基于台架变形修正算法的滚珠丝杠副接触刚度测量方法进行验证,确认试验曲线与赫兹接触理论曲线基本吻合,说明所使用的测量方法具有较高的测量精度和实用价值。Regarding the issues such as complicated system and high cost for existing measurement of the contact stiffness of the ballscrew and no consideration of the bench deformation, the measurement of the contact stiffness of the ballscrew was studied. According to the measuring principle for contact stiffness, a test bench for measurement of contact stiffness of the ballscrew was designed and constructed. Based on the finite element simulation analysis of the bench deformation, the bench deformation correction algorithm was proposed. Through the test, the method for measuring the contact stiffness of the ballscrew based on the bench deformation correction algorithm was verified, and it was confirmed that the experimental curve was basically consistent with the Hertz contact theoretical curve. It shows that the measuring method used has high measurement accuracy and practical value.
