浅谈如何用互联网思维实现医院后勤精细化管理

摘　　要：目前医院后勤管理工作中经常会出现问题,不能保证后勤管理工作效果,甚至会受到一些因素的影响引发安全事故问题,不能保证各方面工作符合要求。为了可以解决医院后勤管理问题,应遵循与时俱进的工作原则,在互联网的背景之下,树立互联网思维,开展医院后勤的精细化管理工作,协调各方面工作之间的关系,建设综合的后勤互联网管理平台,创建一站式服务机制,在科学管理的情况下,集中开展数据信息的管理工作,保证可以提升互联网思维之下的医院后勤精细化管理水平,解决当前的服务滞后性问题,加大管理工作力度,充分发挥后勤精细化管理工作的积极作用。At present, there are often problems in the hospital logisticsmanagement, which can not guarantee the effectiveness of the logisticsmanagement, and may even be affected by some factors, and can not ensurethat all aspects of the work meet the requirements. In order to solve theproblem of hospital logistics management, we should follow the workingprinciple of keeping pace with the times. Under the background of theInternet, we should set up the thinking of the Internet, carry out the finemanagement of the hospital logistics, coordinate the relations among allaspects of the work, build a comprehensive logistics Internet managementplatform, and create a one-stop service mechanism. In the case of scientificmanagement, the centralized management of data information can becarried out to ensure the improvement of the level of the fine managementof the hospital logistics under the thinking of the Internet, to solve theproblems of the current service lag, to strengthen the management work andto give full play to the active role of the fine logistics management.
