摘　　要：目的深入了解和探索新生儿科护士在指导早产儿家属实施袋鼠式护理过程中的真实感受及经验,为更好实施袋鼠式护理探索干预方向,完善该项操作常规流程。方法采用目的抽样的方法,选取30名参与袋鼠式护理的护士进行半结构式访谈,应用主题分析法进行资料分析。结果提炼出4个主题:指导袋鼠式护理的心理感受;参与袋鼠式护理后的改变;团队的力量;袋鼠式护理实施中存在的问题。结论护士认为袋鼠式护理非常有意义,能提升社会对医疗的满意度。通过改善环境设施、增加人力资源、加强护患沟通培训等可推广袋鼠式护理。Objective To deeply understand and explore the true feeling andexperience of neonatal nurses in guiding the families of premature infantsto carry out kangaroo nursing, to explore the direction of interventionfor better implementation of kangaroo nursing, and to perfect the routineprocedure of this operation. Methods A total of 30 nurses who participatedin the algebra nursing were interviewed by the purpose sampling method,and the data were analyzed by thematic analysis. Results Four themes wereextracted psychological feeling of guiding kangaroo nursing; changesafter participating in kangaroo nursing; team strength; problems in theimplementation of kangaroo nursing. Conclusion Nurses think kangaroonursing is very meaningful and can improve social satisfaction with medicalcare. Kangaroo nursing can be popularized by improving environmentalfacilities, increasing human resources and strengthening nurse-patientcommunication training.
