追踪方法学在心血管内科护理管理工作中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨追踪方法学在心血管内科护理管理工作中的应用价值。方法自2017年1月—2018年1月期间在该院就诊的心血管内科患者中随机抽选290例进行研究,按照抛硬币法进行分组,对照组145例,采用常规护理管理方式干预,观察组145例,采用追踪方法学进行护理管理,对比两组的管理效果。结果在基础护理合格率及患者合理满意度方面,观察组均显著高于对照组,但在护理不良事件发生率方面,观察组则明显低于对照组,组间均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以追踪方法学对心血管内科实施护理管理有利于提高护理管理质量,改善护患关系,可推广应用。Objective To study the application value of tracer methodology in the nursing management work in the department of cardiovascular medicine. Methods 290 cases of patients in the department of cardiovascular medicine admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 145 cases in each, the control group used the routine management method, while the observation group used the tracer methodology for nursing management, and the management effect was compared between the two groups. Results The qualified rate and rational satisfactory degree of patients in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group, but the incidence rate of nursing adverse events in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The implementation of tracer methodology in the nursing management work in the department of cardiovascular medicine is conductive to improving the nursing management quality and improving the medical relationship, and it can be promoted and applied.
