摘  要:目的研究分析在门诊药房用药检测中应用PDCA的效果。方法随机选择该院2017年5月—2018年5月门诊药房工作人员22名作为研究对象,平均分为两组,每组11名,实验组在门诊药房用药检测中给予PDCA循环法,对照组给予常规发药差错核对法。随机从门诊药方中抽取1 000张,比较分析两组工作人员门诊药方发药差错率。结果实验组应用PDCA循环法的工作人员的门诊药房用药错误率为0.3%,对照组给予常规发药差错核对法的工作人员的门诊药房用药错误率为1.2%,应用PDCA循环法较常规发药差错核对法用药错误率明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在门诊药房用药检测中使用PDCA循环法可以明显降低用药错误率,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the application effect of PDCA in the monitoring of medication errors in the outpatient pharmacy. Methods 22 cases of outpatient pharmacy work staff in our hospital were randomly selected and divided into two groups with 11 cases in each, the experimental group used the PDCA circulation method, while the control group were given the routine error check method, and 1 000 pieces of outpatient prescriptions were randomly extracted, and the error rate was compared between the two groups. Results The medication error rate in the experimental group and in the control group was respectively 0.3% and 1.2%, and the error rate in the experimental group obviously decreased, and the difference was obvious(P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA circulation method in the test of outpatient pharmacy can obviously decrease the medication error rate, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
