摘　　要：环境适应性是表征产品质量的重要指标。人工环境试验是有效提高产品质量及可靠性的重要手段。通过环境试验,可在设计阶段发现产品缺陷并及时修正完善,以提高产品质量。针对目前多数环境试验系统只能单参数运行的现状,为了尽量准确地模拟产品生命周期中可能经历的工作环境,设计了一种"温度-湿热-振动"多参数综合试验系统。该系统可实现在振动状态下的温度试验或湿度试验。介绍了多参数综合试验系统的构成及各部分的作用,详细描述了温度试验和湿度试验加热量、制冷量和加湿量的计算方法,指出了"温度-湿热"试验单元与振动单元的连接注意事项。通过试验验证,各参数计算准确,设计恰当,机械结构连接可靠。实际运行表明,该系统能够有效模拟特定环境,为提高产品质量提供了高效和可控的测试方案;同时,该系统为产品设计提供数据支撑,避免了盲目放大设计余量,在提高产品质量的同时降低了制造成本。Environmental adaptability is an important indicator of product quality. Artificial environmental test is an important means to effectively improve product quality and reliability. Through environmental test, product defects can be found at the design stage and corrected in time to improve product quality. In view of the present situation that most environmental test systems can operate only for one parameter, such as temperature, humidity or vibration, in order to accurately simulate the environment in which the product would experience in its life cycle, the multi-parameter integrated test system is designed, which can conduct temperature test or humidity test under vibration condition. The system structure and the functions of each part are introduced, and the calculations of heating and cooling capacity and humidification amount in temperature and humidity tests are described in detail. The precautions of the connections among temperature or damp heat test unit and the vibration unit are pointed out. The experimental results show that the parameters are accurately calculated, the system is proper/y designed, and the mechanical structure is reliably connected. The practical application shows that the test system can effectively simulate the specific environment and provide efficient and controllable test means for improving product quality, it can also provide data support for product design to improve product quality, even avoid enlargement of design margin and reduce manufacturing costs.
