芪精消渴汤与二甲双胍联合治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病应用芪精消渴汤结合二甲双胍治疗的疗效。方法选择该院2016年5月—2018年5月诊治的78例2型糖尿病患者,随机分成研究组(39例)和对照组(39例)。对照组使用二甲双胍治疗,研究组接受二甲双胍联合芪精消渴汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组治疗后的有效率94.87%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组HbAlc(6.51±0.93)%、2 hPG(8.46±1.21)mmol/L、FPG(6.51±1.53)mmol/L,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪精消渴汤联合二甲双胍对2型糖尿病的疗效显著,可明显提升治疗效率,降低血糖水平。Objective To analyze the efficacy of Qijing Xiaoke Decoction combined with metformin in type 2 diabetes.Methods A total of 78 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were treated in the hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were randomly divided into study group（39 cases） and control group（39 cases）. The control group was treated with metformin,and the study group received metformin combined with Qijing Xiaoke Decoction to compare the therapeutic effects of the two groups. Results The effective rate of the study group was 94.87%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differeent was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The study group HbAlc（6.51±0.93）%,2 hPG（8.46±1.21）mmol/L,FPG（6.51±1.53）mmol/L,better than the control group,the differeent was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qijing Xiaoke Decoction combined with metformin is effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes, which can significantly improve the treatment efficiency and lower blood glucose levels.
