摘  要:介绍了双层油罐技术的应用现状和主要结构形式,并就双层油罐相关的国内外标准规范进行解析;针对双层油罐结构和应用特点,在渗漏检测、结构设计和罐体材料等方面对双层油罐技术开发中的关键要点进行分析讨论,为双层油罐技术开发提供参考;目前在国内油气长输管道行业中,埋地卧式油罐防渗多采用单层钢罐设置防渗罐池的方式;通过对双层油罐和单层油罐设置罐池两种防渗方式的对比分析,提出有必要结合行业特点,在输油管道工程中开展双层油罐技术的应用开发。The application status quo and the main structures of the double skin oil tanks are described,and the related domestic and foreign specifications are introduced. According to the characteristics of the double skin tanks,some key technical points are discussed,such as the leakage detection,structural design and tank body material,to provide reference for the technical development of the tanks. The single skin tanks with anti-seepage pools are widely applied in domestic oil and gas pipeline industry at present. The anti-seepage ways between the single skin tank with anti-seepage pool and the double skin oil tank are comparatively analyzed. It is pointed out that the applicative development of the double skin oil tanks according to the industrial characteristics is necessary in oil pipeline engineering.
