摘  要:恩平18-1平台项目管理不仅首次实现基本设计阶段建模,还通过采取早期三维建模、标准化设计、设计采办建造一体化深化实施等措施,打破了详细设计和加工设计固有分工,实现了设计与建造的无缝连接。同时充分利用国外先进技术,吸取新的理念和方法,保证了设计建造一体化的计划匹配性,大幅提高设计全过程质量状态管理水平;使设计图纸、采办物资、施工机具等资源高水平的精准衔接,多维创新促工效,严抓细节提质量,降低高空施工带来的作业风险,缩短后期海上连接调试工期,实现效益最大化。In Enping 18-1 platform project management,the modeling is performed in the basic design stage. Also the measures including the 3D modeling in early stage,the standardized design and the integrated deep implementation of design,procurement and construction are adopted. Thus the inherent work division between the detailed design and the fabrication design is dissolved and the seamless connection between the design and construction is realized. At the same time,by making full use of the foreign advanced technology and absorbing new ideas and methods,the plan matching of design and construction integration is ensued and the management level of whole process quality state is greatly improved. The resources such as design drawings,procurement materials and construction equipment and tools are connected with a high level of accuracy. The risk of aerial construction work is reduced,the offshore commissioning period in later stage is shortened and the benefits are maximized.
