摘 要:为了研究跨座式PC轨道梁支座在正常运营荷载作用下的力学效应,以及销轴与摆孔之间的摩擦接触应力和滚滑运动状态,从界面力学的赫兹接触原理角度出发,采用有限元数值模拟的方法,借助ABAQUS有限元分析软件,建立跨座式PC轨道梁铸钢支座独立模型。分析直线轨道梁支座的应力应变情况,并对比不同跨度及半径的曲线轨道梁支座的应力状态;讨论不同类型荷载作用对支座应力集中的影响程度,并提出在弯道处做超高设置减小横向扭矩,从而降低曲线梁支座应力的有效措施。结果表明,在正常运营荷载作用下,直线梁支座的接触应力应变满足要求;曲线梁支座应力超限,且半径越小应力越大;同一荷载作用下,活动支座滚轴和承压板接触应力高于上下摆的接触应力,且横向扭矩对支座应力的影响最显著。This paper studies the contact stress concentration of the support of straddle type PC(press steel concrete) rail beam under normal operating load and investigates the contact friction stress and rolling motion state between the pin and the swing hole. From the perspective of interface mechanics,the method of finite element numerical simulation is used. The independent steel bearing model of the straddle PC rail beam is established based on the ABAQUS finite element analysis software. Firstly, the mechanical effect of cast steel bearing under normal operating load is investigated,covering the stress and strain of the linear track beam and the stress of the curved beams with different span and radius.Subsequently,the influence of different types of load on the stress concentration of the bearing is discussed. Finally,effective measures to reduce the lateral torque are put forward to lower the stress of the curved beam. The results indicate that the lateral torque has the greatest influence on the bearing stress and the contact stress of the linear beam support meets the design requirements. Meanwhile,the stress of the curve beam runs over the limit,and the smaller the radius,the greater the stress. In addition,under the same load,the contact stress of the movable support roller and bearing plate is higher than that of the upper and lower swing,and the lateral torque has the most significant influence on the bearing stress.
