摘  要:为了对成灌线某晃车地段采取科学的整治措施,基于晃车地段的无砟轨道层间相对位移和钢轨垂向加速度现场测试数据,分析得到自密实混凝土层与底座板层间离缝导致二者的垂向相对位移达到0. 2 mm以上,是导致该地段晃车的主要原因,并建立有限元模型进行验证。对晃车地段采用离缝注浆修复的整治措施,主要工艺分为切割开槽、钻孔布管、离缝封闭、离缝注浆和侧面防水处理等,整治后的轨检车动态检测数据显示下行线左侧钢轨的轨向不平顺和轨距及轨距变化率不平顺得到改善,证明该离缝注浆整治工艺的有效性。In order to take scientific remediation measures for the train shaking area of Chengdu toDujiangyan high-speed railway, analysis of the field test data of ballastless track relative displacementbetween layers and the vertical rail acceleration from the train shaking area is conducted and the resultshows that the relative vertical displacement caused by the open joint between self-compacting concreteand basement reaches more than 0. 2 mm, which is the main factor resulting in train shaking and is verified by the established finite element model.Grouting is performed to remediate the trainshaking area, and the main processes are divided into cutting and grooving, drilling pipes, closing open joint, open joint grouting, side waterproofing andso on. The dynamic detection data form the testing train show that track alignment irregularities of the leftrail, rail gauge and gauge changing-rate are improved, and the grouting remediation process is effective.
