摘  要:根据JJG 272-2007规定的空盒气压表温度系数检测方法,选用宁波市鄞州姜山玻璃仪器仪表厂生产的六块DYM3型空盒气压表进行试验。试验中选用两组不同的高低温度点进行测量,得到六块空盒气压表的两组温度系数,同时分别对比生产厂家给出的温度系数,并计算两者的误差。试验结果表明由出厂温度系数与实测温度系数之差引起的气压差平均值测量误差可忽略不计,其对检定结果不产生影响。因此在检定新出厂未使用的空盒气压表时,可采用出厂温度系数作为参考,从而简化检定流程提高工作效率。Detection method of temperature coefficient of aneroid barometer based on JJG 272 -2007, six aneroid barometers type of DYM3 made in Jiangshan glass instrument and meter factocy, Yinzhou, Ningbo, were tested. In the test, two groups of different high and low temperature points are used to measure the temperature coefficient of the six aneroid barometers. At the same time, the temperature coefficients given by the manufacturers are compared respectively, and the errors of the two groups are calculated. The test results show that the error of the mean value of the pressure difference caused by the difference between the temperature coefficient and the measured tempera-ture coefficient is negligible, and it has no effect on the test results. Therefore, in the verification of the new un-used aneroid barometers, the factot-y temperature coefficient can be used as a reference, thus simplifying the verifi-cation process and improving the work efficiency.
