摘　　要：采用网络图优化方法,以导弹海上补给准备阶段海上编队指挥所工作流程为例,建立初始网络图模型;并在初始网络图模型的基础上,通过对网络图参数指标计算分析来进一步优化初始网络图,从而达到优化海上编队指挥所工作流程的目的。为战时海上编队指挥所工作流程优化研究,提供一种新的思路和定量优化方法。With the network method, this paper takes the command post work flow of sea fleet in the preparation of missile replenishment at sea as an example, to establish an initial network diagram model. Based on this model, time parameters and key indi- cators are calculated and analyzed to optimize the model conversely, and meanwhile, the quantitative analysis is given to the com- mand post work flow of sea fleet. This is also a new, quantitative optimizing method for the research on the command post work flow of sea fleet.
