大运河带动下的宿迁市城市滨水区规划研究

摘　　要：大运河的申遗成功为沿线城市的发展带来了新的契机,其除航运功能以外的多元价值发掘以及对城市滨水区域发展的带动作用成为运河沿线城市的共同课题。以宿迁市为例,紧扣大运河宿迁段"四世同堂"的特质,以"时空链接"为理念,拟探讨通过改善运河两岸的交通、用地等要素,完善城市功能并加强城市组团之间的聚合力,通过发掘与彰显大运河宿迁段的典型文化特质,形成具有标识性的城市文化品牌。The success of the grand canal’s application for the world cultural heritage has brought new chances for cities along it. To develop it’s multiple values besides water carriage and lead the development of the urban waterfront is a similar theme for the cities along it. By using Suqian city as an example,based on the character of＂the four generations under one roof＂,following the concept to create a space-time hub connecting the history with the future,we try to improve the land use and transportation to make the city more compact,to explore and show the special character of the canal culture as a new urban brand,and to create exciting landscape spaces and nodes for the public.
