摘 要:通过不同初拱变形参数条件下CRTSⅡ型板式轨道垂向稳定性的分析,研究初拱变形对轨道结构高温稳定性的影响。基于能量变分原理,推导不等波长和波幅条件下轨道板的上拱矢度的计算公式,并与数值仿真结果进行比较;通过数值拟合的方法得出上拱弦长与板中整体温升、初拱矢度、初拱弦长的关系表达式,并用公式法分析不同初拱变形参数对轨道系统高温稳定的影响规律。结果表明:若初拱弦长小于1.5 m,幅值小于10℃的整体温升便能导致轨道板上拱;当轨道板底产生大面积脱空时,板体不易产生上拱位移;不同的温升存在着不同的最不利弦长与矢度,轨道板初始上拱弦长为5~6 m时,最不易保持2 mm的上拱位移临界值。Through analysis of vertical stability of CRTSⅡ track slab with different parameters of initial up-warp deformation,effects of initial up-warp deformation on the stability of track structure at high temperature are studied. Based on the principle of energy variation,formula for degree of up-warp rise of track slab with variable chord length and variable degree of rise is deduced and compared with numerical simulation results. The relationship between the up-warp chord length and the temperature rise,degree of initial up-warp rise and chord length is obtained by numerical fitting method,and influences of different parameters of initial up-warp deformation on the stability of track system at high temperature are analyzed by formula method. Results show that if the chord length of initial up-warp is shorter than 1. 5 m and the temperature is less than 10 ℃,track slab up-warp tends to occur. In the case of large de-bonding area of the track slab,up-warp deformation is not likely to be generated. Different temperature rises correspond to different unfavorable chord lengths and degrees of initial up-warp. When chord length of initial up-warp of the track slab is about 5 ~ 6 m,it is most difficult to keep the degree of up-warp rise of 2 mm.
