摘 要:近年来变换工艺的不断发展优化,对变换催化剂提出了更高的要求。本文从Co-Mo系变换催化剂的特点为切入点,探讨了如何判断催化剂活性好坏,以及催化剂活性下降的原因。表明:该变换催化剂能够广泛应用于煤化工工艺,耐硫、较宽的活性温区、强度高、易硫化。在运行中应能够判断催化剂活性好坏和正确分析催化剂失活的原因,优化生产工艺。With the continuous development and optimization of transformation process in recent years, higherrequirements for the transformation catalyst are proposed. Taking the characteristics of Co-Mo system shift catalyst as thestarting point, how to judge the activity of the catalyst and the reason why the activity of the catalyst decreased werediscussed. It showed that the shift catalyst can be widely used in coal chemical process with sulfur resistance, wide activetemperature range, high strength and sulfuration. In the operation, it should be able to judge the activity of the catalyst,analyze the cause of the loss of the catalyst and optimize the production process.
