摘 要:碳氮键是大量存在于大自然及生命个体的化学键,其合成方法研究的重要性不言而喻,近年来,众多有机化学家对该领域做了大量工作,以期利用无污染的,价格低廉的原料高效构建碳氮化学键,基于此,本文综述了近5年来碳氮键合成方法研究的最新进展。主要包括钯催化的Buchwald-Hartwig偶联,钯催化碳氢键活化胺化,光催化氧化还原胺化,并对部分反应机理做了介绍。Carbon-nitrogen bonds are chemical bonds that exist in nature and individual life. The importance of itssynthesis method is self-evident. In recent years, a lot of works were done by many organic chemists in this field. Non-polluting and inexpensive materials were used to synthesize carbon-nitrogen bonds. Therefore, the research progress onthe synthesis of carbon - nitrogen bonds in recent five years was reviewed, including palladium- catalyzed Buchwald -Hartwig coupling, palladium - catalyzed amination of carbon - hydrogen bonds and photocatalytic oxidation - reductionamination. Some reaction mechanisms were introduced.
