新型REXA执行器在风机静叶调节系统中的应用

摘　　要：针对大庆石化催化裂化主轴流风机原电液伺服静叶调节系统存在的动力油系统泄漏严重、伺服马达拒动、伺服阀卡涩及静叶漂移等问题,对该系统进行了升级改造。将原电液执行器更换为REXA电液执行器,增加REXA控制单元。系统改造后,缩短了液压油管路,原系统的伺服阀卡涩、静叶漂移及渗油漏油等问题得到很好的解决。结果表明,REXA执行器具有响应速度快、定位精度高、抗干扰能力强等优点,同时节约了人工成本。Aiming at the serious leakage of power oil system, the rejection of servo motor, the jam of servo valve andthe drift of stator blade in the original electro - hydraulic servo control system of FCC main axial fan in DaqingPetrochemical Company, the system was reformed. The original electro hydraulic actuator was replaced to REXA actuator,REXA control unit was increased. After the transformation, the hydraulic oil pipeline was greatly reduced, and theproblems such as the servo valve jamming of the original system, static blade drift and leakage were solved. The resultsshowed that REXA actuator had the advantages of fast response speed, high positioning accuracy and strong anti -interference ability while saving labor cost.
