摘　　要：目的通过对海军某部2个不同年度新兵的入伍动机情况调查比较,了解动机变化的影响因素,为青年人国防教育提供参考意见。方法用自编的入伍动机调查表对海军某部2009和2016年度刚入伍的新兵进行了调查,分别选取2个年度入伍动机占比高的前5位进行分析比较。结果 2个年度入伍动机占比高的前5项中有4项是一致的,分别是:锻炼自己,磨练意志;为了国家的国防事业;当兵就是尽义务;为了实现自己小时候的梦想。只有一条发生了变化。结论我国适龄青年的入伍动机是良好的,7年期间没有发生多大变化。对适龄青年进行核心价值观的国防教育对他们形成良好的入伍动机有着非常积极的作用。Objective To investigate the influential factors for the change in the enlistment motive, through survey and comparison of the motives of recruits in a certain naval unit in the years of 2009 and 2016, so as to provide reference for the implementation of national defense education among youngsters. Methods A comprehensive survey was made by using the self - designed enlistment motive survey form among the recruits in a certain naval unit in the years of 2009 and 2016, and the top 5 motives obtained from the surveys of the above 2 years were analyzed for comparison. Results In the top 5 enlistment motives obtained fi＇om the surveys, 4 were identical, which were respectively： taking exercise, tempering willpower, defense of home country, fulfillment of obligation as a citizen, and the realization of dream at childhood. Only one motive was not identical. Conclusion The motive of the young people old enough for enlistment in China was on the whole good, and there was not much change in it in the 7 years. The national defense education with a core value among young people could play a very positive role in the formation of good enlistment motivation.
