摘 要:目的探讨复位自锁髓内钉与双钢板固定治疗肱骨干骨折的效果。方法选取2017年1月~2017年10月我院收治的68例肱骨干骨折患者作为研究对象,根据单双号数字表法分为研究组与对照组,每组各34例。对照组采用双钢板固定,研究组采用复位自锁髓内钉固定,比较两组的临床效果。结果研究组术中出血量显著少于对照组(P<0.01);研究组手术时间及术后骨折愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分中术后疼痛、肌力评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后肘关节功能评分中疼痛、活动功能评分及总分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复位自锁髓内钉与双钢板固定治疗肱骨干骨折具有术中失血少、手术时间短、术后骨折愈合快、术后肩关节及肘关节功能好等优点,值得应用。Objective To explore the efficacy of reduction self-locking intramedullary nails and double-plate fixation in the treatment of humeral shaft fractures. Methods A total of 68 patients with humeral shaft fracture treated in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2017 were selected as the subjects, and divided into study group and control group by single and double digit table method, 34 cases in each group. The control group was fixed with double plates, and the study group was fixed with reduction self-locking intramedullary naih The clinical effects were compared be- tween the two grups. Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss of the study group was significantly less than that in the control group (P〈0.01). The operation time and postoperative fracture healing time of the study group were signif- icantly lower than those of the control group (P〈0.05). The postoperative pain, muscle strength and total score of Con- stant-Murley shoulder function score of the study group were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05). The pain, active function and total score of hospital for special surgery score of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion The reduction self-locking intramedullary nail compared with double plate fixation in the treatment of humeral shaft fracture has less blood loss during operation, short operation time, quick postoperative fracture healing, good postoperative shoulder and elbow joint function. It is worthy of applica- tion.
