诀诺酮联合妇科养荣胶囊治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨诀诺酮联合妇科养荣胶囊治疗更年期功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月~2018年4月我院收治的52例更年期功能性子宫出血患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各26例。对照组患者采用诀诺酮进行治疗,研究组患者采用诀诺酮联合妇科养荣胶囊进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、临床指标[血控制时间、完全止血时间、雌二醇(E2)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、子宫内膜厚度]及不良反应总发生率。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率为96.1%,高于对照组的80.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的出血控制时间、完全止血时间均短于对照组,E2、FSH水平及子宫内膜厚度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论诀诺酮联合妇科养荣胶囊治疗更年期功能性子宫出血,疗效满意,值得推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Norethisterone combined with Gynecological Yangrong Cap- sules in the treatment of menopausal functional uterine bleeding. Methods A total of 52 patients with menopausal functional uterine bleeding treated in our hospital from January 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the subjects. They were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method, 26 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Norethisterone, and the study group was treated with Norethisterone combined with Gynecological Yangrong Capsules. The total effective rate, clinical indicators （blood control time, com- plete hemostasis time, estradiol [E2], follicle stimulating hormone [FSH], endometrial thickness） and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate in the study group was 96.1%, which was higher than that in the control group （80.8%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The bleeding control time and complete hemostasis time in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the levels of E2 and FSH and endometrial thickness were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of of Norethisterone combined with Gynecological Yangrong Cap- sules in the treatment of menopausal functional uterine bleeding is satisfactory, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
