麻黄细辛附子汤治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨麻黄细辛附子汤治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法将2016年1月~2017年10月我院收治的96例变应性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,每组48例。对照组给予氯雷他定治疗,试验组给予麻黄细辛附子汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、免疫功能、生活质量。结果试验组患者的临床总有效率、治愈率分别为95.8%、50.0%,高于对照组的77.1%、25.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4、8周后,试验组患者的CD3、CD4、CD8细胞水平及生活质量评分升高,也高于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论麻黄细辛附子汤治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果佳,临床有效率高,可提高机体免疫功能及生活质量,值得临床选择。Objective To discuss the clinical effect of Ephedra,Asarum and Aconite Decoction treating allergic rhinitis. Methods All of 96 patients with allergic rhinitis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to October 2017 were ran- domly divided into the two groups, and there were 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Lorata- dine, and the experimental group was treated with Ephedra,Asarum and Aconite Decoction. The clinical efficacy, im- mune function and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate and cure rate of patients in the experimental group was 95.8% and 50.0% respectively, which were higher than those of the control group （77.1% , 25.0%）, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. 4 and 8 weeks afler treatment, the levels of CD3, CD4, CD8 cells and quality of life scores of the experimental group were increased and were higher than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of Ephedra,Asarum and Aconite Decoction treating allergic rhinitis is good, and it has high clinical effective rate, and can improve the body＇s immune function and quality of life. It is worthy of clinical choice.
