摘　　要：生态林业兼备经济效益和生态效益,且存在外部性,需建立合理的生态林业补偿机制来促进林业经济和生态的持续发展。生态林业补偿过程涉及多个利益群体,通过构建政府、林业企业和林业消费者三方演化博弈来对生态林业补偿问题进行分析,有助于探寻合理的生态林业补偿方式。模型结果表明,政府采用"生产者支持"的补偿方式在长期来看存在无效的可能性,而"消费者支持"的补偿方式将制度供给和市场机制有效结合,更容易在长期形成均衡。并据此提出政策建议:构建科学的林业经济、生态价值核算体系;生态林业补偿应以"生产者支持"为基础;注重"消费者支持"补偿方式;加强生态和环境保护教育。Ecological forestry has both economic and ecological benefits, and has external effects. It is necessary to establish a reasonable ecological forestry compensation mechanism to promote the sustainable development of forestry economy and ecology. The process of ecological forestry compensation involves multiple interest groups. Through the establishment of a tripartite evolutionary game between the government, forestry enterprises and forestry consumers to analyze the issue of ecological forestry compensation. It helps to explore reasonable ecological forestry compensation methods. The model results show that the long-term ineffectiveness of the government’s use of“producer support”compensation methods. The “consumer support” method of compensation effectively combines institutional supply and market mechanisms. It is easier to form a balance in the long run. Put forward policy suggestions： Constructing a scientific forestry economic and ecological value accounting system; Ecological forestry compensation should be based on “producer support”; Focus on “consumer support”compensation; Strengthen education in ecology and environmental protection.
