摘 要:物流流程优化对提高物流效率、降低物流成本具有重要意义。文章首先针对A公司物流流程现存在的运输空车率高、货物缺少追踪信息以及仓库利用率低的物流问题进行分析;其次,建立A公司物流流程的Petri模型并验证了模型的合理性;最后,运用ExSpect软件选用时间参数对模型进行了仿真,基于仿真结果构建了新的物流流程,优化结果显示,新的流程将缩短39.2%的作业时间,有效提升物流效率,并解决了运输空车率高、货物缺少追踪信息及仓库利用率低的问题。文章的研究将有助于降低A公司的物流成本,提高物流效率。研究成果可为其他物流企业的流程优化提供参考。The optimization of logistics process is of great significance to improving logistics efficiency and reducing logistics costs. The paper first analyzes the logistics problems existing in logistics process of company A with high transportation empty-car rate, lack of tracking information of goods and low logistics utilization rate. Secondly, it establishes the Petri model of logistics process of company A and verifies the rationality of the model; using ExSpect software to select time parameters to simulate the model, based on the simulation results, a new ants settlement logistics process was constructed. The optimization results showed that the new process will shorten the working time by 39.2%, effectively improve the logistics efficiency, and solve the transportation problem. High vehicle rates, lack of tracking information, and low warehouse utilization. The research of this article will help re-duce the logistics cost of A company and improve the logistics efficiency. The research results of this paper provide reference for process optimization of other logistics companies.
