摘 要:基于洪泽湖1959~2013年、骆马湖1965~2013年逐日水位资料,通过定义水情急转强度及临界水位变率,分析淮河和沂沭泗水系水情急转现象(分旱涝急转和涝旱急转两种类型),并结合多年调度实践,开展两湖水情急转规律研究,以期为今后的淮河流域防汛防旱提供借鉴。Based on the daily water level data of Hongze Lake from 1959 to 2013, and Luoma Lake from 1965 to2013, the rapid change of water situation in Huaihe and Yishu Surabaya system (two types of drought rapidly turn towaterlogging and waterlogging rapidly turn to droughts) was analyzed by defining the intensity of water situation and thecritical water level, and combined with years of control practice, the study on the regularity of sudden change of lakewater was carried out in order to provide reference for flood and drought control in Huaihe River basin in the future.
