摘　　要："富农"这一词是外来词汇,是从近代才开始引用到中国的,由于他出现的时间短,人们对他的定义不准确,他常常同义于小地主、自耕农或中农。中国共产党对它的认识经历了从不成熟到成熟的阶段,对富农的政策也经历了中立、打击、联合三个阶段。The word＂kulak＂is a foreign words which began to refer to China in modern times. Because it appeared a short time, people is not accurate his definition,it often synonymous with small landlords and farmers or peasants.The understanding of it by the Communist Party of China has experienced a period from immaturity to maturity, and the policy towards the rich peasants consists of three stages： neutrality, strike and joint.
