摘　　要：目的探讨补肾活血助孕汤对子宫内膜炎的影响。方法选取2016年3月-2018年3月于我院接受诊治的子宫内膜炎的患者120例作为研究的主体,随机将其分成研究组和对照组,各60例,并对其采用不同的方案进行治疗。对照组的患者使用常规的方案进行治疗,研究组的患者使用补肾活血助孕汤进行治疗。对研究数据进行统计分析,比较两组的患者临床治疗的效果以及在治疗之后月经的情况。结果经过分析对比可知,研究组的患者在临床的治疗效果方面相较于对照组的患者明显要好(P<0.05);并且研究组的患者在治疗之后月经的情况相较于对照组的患者也明显要好(P<0.05)。结论在子宫内膜炎的患者治疗之中应用补肾活血助孕汤对于提高临床的治疗效果有帮助,对于患者子宫内膜的修复效果较好,在临床上值得广泛推荐使用。Objective To study the effect of Bushen Huoxue Zhuyun Decoction on endometritis. Methods 120 patients with endometritis who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into study group and control group, 60 cases in each group, and treated with different schemes. Patients in the control group were treated with conventional regimens, while patients in the study group were treated with Bushen Huoxue Zhuyun Decoction. Statistical analysis of the study data was conducted to compare the effect of clinical treatment be-tween the two groups and the condition of menstruation after treatment. Results Through the analysis and comparison, the study group patients in the clinical treatment effect was signifcantly better than the control group patients （P〈0.05）, and the study group patients in the treatment of menstruation compared with the control group patients were signif-cantly better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of Bushen Huoxue Zhuyun Decoction in the treatment of patients with endometritis is helpful to improve the clinical effect of treatment. It has a better effect on the repair of endome-trium. It is widely recommended in clinic.
