摘  要:制备了一种高温下不发泡单组分聚氨酯密封胶。以自制聚氨酯预聚体为主体原料,讨论了溶剂、填料、催化剂等对聚氨酯密封胶高温下发泡性能的影响。通过将聚氨酯预聚体中的稀释剂由低沸点的溶剂更换为高沸点的酯类增塑剂,添加聚氯乙烯糊树脂及添加噁唑烷类潜固化剂等方法能显著减少高温下密封胶气泡的形成。A kind or one component polyurethane sealant without bubbling at high temperature was prepared. The effects or solvents, Fillers, catalyst and latent curing agent on the bubbling behavior or polyurethane sealant at high temperature were discussed. The Formation or bubbles was significantly reduced by changing the diluent with low boiling point solvent to that with high boiling point in the polyurethane prepolymer, adding the PVC paste resin, and adding the oxazolidine latent curing agent.
