摘  要:为了拦截来袭破甲弹,保护重点目标,设计了一套多点非电起爆网络,起爆线型爆炸成型弹丸(LEFP)装药,利用药型罩形成LEFP来拦截破甲弹。设计的多点非电起爆网络由中心起爆元、2级起爆元、高强度导爆管、激发爆管和起爆雷管等组成。通过设计,明确了中心起爆元与2级起爆元的结构、激发爆管的结构及工艺流程;通过试验和结果分析,可得多点非电起爆网络的可靠度为0. 993 3(γ=0. 9);对4组弹径82 mm破甲弹的动态拦截试验表明,设计的多点非电起爆网络能够满足重点目标的主动防御。The important targets can be protected by intercepting the incoming high explosive anti-tank cartridge. Aset of multipoint non-electric detonation network was designed to detonate LEFP explosive, and to form LEFP projectile tointercept the high explosive anti-tank cartridge. The designed multipoint non-electric detonation network consists of centraldetonation element, second stage detonation element, high strength nonel tube, percussion explosive tube and initiationdetonator. Through the design of multipoint non-electric detonation network, the structure of the central detonation elementand the second stage detonation element, the structure of the percussion explosive tube and the assembly process flow weredetermined. The reliability of the multipoint non-electric detonating network is measured as 0. 993 3 when γ = 0. 9.Through the four dynamic intercept tests of the 82 mm high explosive anti-tank cartridge, the results show that the designedmultipoint non-electric detonation network can actively defend the high explosive anti-tank cartridge and protect the impor-tant target.
