江苏消费升级的阶段性分析

摘　　要：本文通过对江苏居民消费现状的数据分析,总结出江苏消费市场运行的三个阶段性特征,即生存类消费稳中有降,品质类消费快速增长;实物消费出现趋势性下降,服务消费进入快车道;新零售变革迅速,实体零售企稳回暖。在此基础上提出三点政策性建议,即健全体制机制,把消费升级作为江苏经济高质量发展的重要内容;重视商业模式创新,放到与科技创新同等高度;聚焦政策支持,加速新兴消费发展。Based on the data analysis of Jiangsu residents＂ consumption status, this paper summarizes the three stage characteristics of Jiangsu＇s consumer market operation, that is, the survival consumption is stable and the quality- consumption is growing rapidly; the physical consumption is declining, and the service consumption is decreasing. Entering the fast lane; new retail changes rapidly, and physical retailing has stabilized. On this basis, three policy recommendations were put forward, namely, improving the institutional mechanism and making consumption upgrade an important part of Jiangsu＇s high-quality economic development; attaching importance to business model innovation and putting it at the same level as technological innovation; focusing on policy support to accelerate e- merging consumption development of.
