加味半夏白术天麻汤应用于痰浊中阻型高血压病临床治疗中效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨加味半夏白术天麻汤治疗痰浊中阻型高血压病的临床效果,为临床应用提供参考依据。方法选取竹溪县中医院中医内科2015年1月—2017年6月所收治的102例患者,随机分为研究组以及对照组。对照组51例,予以西医高血压病规范治疗,例如:盐酸贝那普利10 mg/次,1次/d;或硝苯地平控释片30 mg/次,1次/d;低脂低盐饮食,适量参加运动;研究组51例,加用加味半夏白术天麻汤。比较临床疗效差异,并记录两组典型不良反应发生情况,比较组间差异。结果研究组加用加味半夏白术天麻汤后,显效31例、有效17例,总有效率为94.12%,显著优于对照组的20例、20例及78.43%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.057,P<0.05)。研究组患者经联合用药后,仅出现1例体位性头晕、2例疲乏,其不良反应发生率为5.88%,与对照组的23.53%相比较,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.002,P<0.05)。结论在西医规范治疗基础上,加用加味半夏白术天麻汤可有效提升患者临床疗效,同时,还可有效控制不良反应发生,用药安全性表现优异,值得临床推广应用。但值得注意的是,该文仍存在一定缺点,在研究过程中选取案例偏少,确切效果有待大量样本进一步确证。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Jiawei Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction in the treatment of turbid middle-resistance hypertension, and provide reference for clinical application. Methods A total of 102 patients admitted to the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Zhuxi County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to June 2017 were randomly divided into study group and control group. 51 patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine for hypertension, such as： benazepril hydrochloride 10 mg once a day, or nifedipine controlled release tablets 30 mg each time, once a day; low-fat low-salt diet appropriate amount to participate in sports; 51 cases in the study group, plus the flavored Banxia Baizhu Tianma soup. The clinical efficacy was compared, and the incidence of typical adverse reactions in the two groups was recorded, and the differences between the groups were compared. Results After adding the flavored Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction, the study group was effective in 31 cases and effective in 17 cases. The total effective rate was 94.12%, which was significantly better than the control group, 20 cases, 20 cases and 78.43%, with statistical significance （χ2=4.057,P〈0.05）. After the combination of the patients in the study group, only 1 case of orthostatic dizziness and 2 cases of fatigue occurred, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 5.88%. Compared with 23.53% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （χ2=5.002,P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of Western medicine standard treatment, the addition of flavored Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of patients. At the same time, it can effectively control the occurrence of adverse reactions, and the safety of medication is excellent, which is worthy of clinical application.
