摘 要:目的了解新疆某骨科专科医院医生的情绪动、职业倦怠的现状以及影响因素。方法采用问卷调查的方式,整群抽取2016年6月—2018年6月新疆某骨科专科医院所有骨科医生112名进行问卷调查,收集调查对象的一般情况、工作满意度、情绪劳动、职业倦怠等资料,使用SPSS 21.0进行统计分析。结果 (1)表层扮演劳动得分率为59.36%,深层行为得分率为67.73%;情绪耗竭得分率为44.83%、玩世不恭得分率为26.04%、成就感低落得分率为29.28%。(2)情绪耗竭和情绪劳动总分、表面行为及深层行为均为正相关,玩世不恭与情绪劳动深层行为为正相关,成就感和情绪劳动总分及深层行为维度呈负相关,(P<0.05)。(3)情绪劳动得分的影响因素包含工龄、工作满意度、职称;职业倦怠得分与每日工作时长、职称有关(P<0.05)。结论骨科专科医院骨科医生的情绪劳动及职业倦怠水平较低,医院应加强组织承诺、提升医生的工作满意度来提升情绪劳动水平。对于职业倦怠的发生控制应以减少工作时长、提升医生的职称等方式来解决。Objective To understand the current situation and influencing factors of emotional and job burnout among doctors in a orthopaedic hospital in Xinjiang. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to collect 112 questionnaires from June 2016 to June 2018 and all orthopedic surgeons in a specialized orthopedic hospital in Xinjiang. The general survey of the subjects, job satisfaction, emotional labor, burnout and other data were collected. SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical analysis. Results 1. The surface scoring rate was 59.36%, the deep behavior scoring rate was 67.73%, the emotional exhaustion scoring rate was 44.83%, the cynical scoring rate was 26.04%, and the achievement low score was 29.28%.2. Emotional exhaustion and emotional labor total score, surface behavior and deep behavior were positively correlated. Cynical and positive behavior of emotional labor were positively correlated. The sense of accomplishment was negatively correlated with the total score of emotional labor and the dimension of deep behavior(P〈0.05).3. The influencing factors of emotional labor score include service age, job satisfaction, and professional title; burnout score is related to daily work time and job title,(P〈0.05. Conclusion The level of emotional labor and burnout of orthopedic surgeons in orthopedic hospitals is low. The hospital should strengthen organizational commitment and improve doctors' job satisfaction to improve emotional labor. The occurrence control of burnout should be solved by reducing the length of work and improving the title of the doctor.
