口服盐酸西替利嗪对皮肤斑贴试验反应程度的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨口服盐酸西替利嗪片是否会对皮肤斑贴试验反应程度产生影响。方法选入该院于2015年3月—2016年3月期间前来参加实验的人员共31例,采用回顾性分析的形式进行临床研究。第一次斑贴试验后30~60 d予盐酸西替利嗪片口服,用量设定为1次/d,10 mg/次,连续治疗7 d后行第二次斑贴试验。结果一位受试者因家中突发事故而所以最终没有参与研究,这一受检人员首次参与斑贴试验时,对一个格子的变应原反应表现为双+,这一变应原为甲醛,该实验共30例人员全部予以完成。如果推断出中途退出的一名受检人员,甲醛反应判定为双加,在第二次斑贴试验中,最终变成阴性反应,证实不存在统计学意义。Mean Rank (-)=3.25, Mean Rank (+)=2.00, Z=-1.518, 2-Tailed P=0.129。结论口服盐酸西替利嗪片对皮肤斑贴试验反应程度无影响。Objective To study the effect of oral administration of cetirizine hydrochloride on the reactive degree of skin patch test. Methods 31 cases of staff participating in the experiment in our hospital from March 2015 to March2016 were selected for clinical study, the patients took cetirizine hydrochloride orally in 30 -60 d after the first skin path test, 1 times/d, 10 mg every time, and the patients were for the second skin patch test after 7 d therapy in a row.Results One subject did not participate in the study because of the accidents, the allergen reactive performance to a lattice was double ＋, and the allergen was arofene, 30 cases had finished the test in total, the arofene reaction was determined the double ＋, in the second skin patch test, and changed into the negative reactions finally, and it proved that there was no statistical significance, Mean Rank（-） = 3.25, Mean Rank（＋） = 2.00, Z=-1.518, 2-Tailed P = 0.129.Conclusion The oral administration of cetirizine hydrochloride has no effect on the reactive degree of skin patch degree.
