GO(Gene ontology)、DO(Disease ontology)和HPO(Human phenotype ontology)是生物医学中三个重要的本体知识库。 The biomedical ontology is a definite knowledge expression system based on the integration of nmhiple high-quality information from the medical knowledge base. Currently, most of the ontologies in this field exist alone and summarize the knowledge only on the one hand. For the diversity and complexity of biomedical problems, the integration of multiple ontologies will better promote the sharing and expression of domain knowledge, and provide a multidimensional solution to the problem. GO (gene ontology), DO (disease ontology) and HPO( human phenotype ontology) are three important ontology knowledge bases in biomedicine. Through the analysis of the structure and content of the three ontologies, we traced the ontology construction process and excavated the relationship between the different ontologies from the ontology construction data source so as to achieve the purpose of ontology fusion and realize the knowledge sharing of cross-domain ontology. This is of great significance for the analysis of causal tandem studies such as the generation of diseases at the molecular level of genes and the physical expression of diseases.
