摘　　要：随着社会主义市场经济的蓬勃发展,高等教育的发展势头日趋强劲,大学法人财产权的不明确成为大学长远发展的阻力,设计大学法人财产权设立、变更、终止的条件和程序,从目的出发构建大学法人财产权,有利于推动大学健康发展,有利于促进学校迸发活力。With the vigorous development of the socialist market economy and the growing momentum of highereducation, the uncertainty of the property rights of the university legal person has become the resistance of thelong -term development of the University. The conditions and procedures for the establishment, change andtermination of the property rights of the university legal person are designed, and the construction of theuniversity legal person property right from the purpose is conducive to the push. The healthy development ofmobile university is conducive to promoting the vitality of schools.
