摘　　要：目的探索老年恶性卵巢肿瘤患者血清甲状腺激素的变化水平。方法收集我院于2016年5月—2018年2月老年恶性卵巢肿瘤患者46例作为实验组,同时随机抽取良性卵巢肿瘤患者45例作为对照组。采用化学发光法测定两组患者的甲功五项:促甲状腺激素TSH、三碘甲状腺原氨酸T3、甲状腺素T4、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸FT3、游离甲状腺素FT4。结果实验组的TSH高于对照组,实验组的血清FT3、T4、FT4、T3水平低于对照组。两组结果差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年恶性卵巢肿瘤的发生与血清甲状腺激素水平具有相关性,甲状腺功能减退时患恶性卵巢肿瘤的风险会增加。Objective To explore the level of serum thyroid hormone in elderly patients with malignant ovarian tumors. Methods Forty-six patients with malignant ovarian tumors in our hospital from May 2016 to February 2018 were collected as the experimental group. At the same time, 45 patients with benign ovarian tumors were randomly selected as the control group. The chemiluminescence method was used to determine five items of thyroid function： thyroid-stimulating hormone TSH, triiodothyronine T3, thyroxine T4, free triiodothyronine FT3, and free thyroxine FT4. Results The TSH in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The levels of serum FT3, T4, FT4, and T3 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The results of the two groups were statistically different（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The occurrence of malignant ovarian tumors in the elderly is associated with serum thyroid hormone levels. The risk of malignant ovarian tumors is increased when hypothyroidism occurs.
