摘　　要：目的探讨心脑舒通治疗高血压左室肥厚心肌缺血的效果,为临床治疗提供借鉴。方法随机将我院2017年1月—2018年1月收治的80例高血压左室肥厚心肌缺血患者分为两组,每组40例。对照组行缬沙坦治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上行心脑舒通治疗。比较两组疗效。结果观察组总有效率、血压水平及心功能指标等均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论心脑舒通联合缬沙坦治疗高血压左室肥厚心肌缺血效果显著,有利于增强心功能,提高患者的生活质量,且用药安全性高,保障了患者的生命安全。Objective To investigate the effects of xinnaoshutong on left ventricular hypertrophy and myocardial ischemia in hypertensive patients, so as to provide reference for further clinical treatment. Methods Eighty patients with hypertensive left ventricular hypertrophy and myocardium ischemia treated from January 2017 to January 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, 40 patients in each group. The control group used valsartan, and the observation group used xinnaoshutong on the basis of control group. The efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate, blood pressure level and cardiac function of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xinnaoshutong combined with valsartan has significant effect on myocardial ischemia in hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy, which is beneficial to enhance cardiac function and improve the quality of life of patients. The safety of medication is high, which ensures the safety of patients＇ lives.
