多种模式的延续性护理对提高出院患者满意度的评价分析

摘　　要：目的探讨多种模式下的延续性护理对提高出院患者满意度的应用效果。方法选取泰兴市人民医院行风办2015年1月—2017年12月出院患者回访表,随机抽取600例/年,覆盖我院38个护理单元,通过以责任护士为主的多种模式实施延续性护理,并引入第三方的评价机制,统计分析回访表中涉及延续性护理的5项指标,了解患者满意度分值变化趋势。结果 2015—2017年,出院患者满意度明显上升,其中出院患者对我院的延续性护理满意度调查表各指标评分逐渐上升(P<0.001),江苏省卫计委对辖属医院及第三方机构(聘请)出院患者满意度的调查显示,我院出院患者的护理满意度上升,尤以2017年上升明显,江苏省卫计委调查2017年较2016年提高2.17%,第三方机构(聘请)调查2017年较2016年上升3.08%。结论多种模式的延续性护理有利于提高出院患者满意度。Objective To explore the effect of continuity nursing on the satisfaction of discharged patients. Methods Select enhancement of taixing city people＇s hospital office from January 2015 to December 2017 discharged patients return table, randomly 600 cases per year, covering from 38 nursing unit, by diverse patterns of nurse is given priority to implement the continuity of care, and the introduction of a third party assessment mechanism, statistical analysis involved in the review table five indices, the continuity of care to understand patient satisfaction score trends. Results From 2015 to 2017, the hospital patient satisfaction increased obviously, the continuity of the discharged patients in our hospital nursing satisfaction questionnaire score every index increased gradually（P 0.001）, who in jiangsu province development planning commission manages hospital and third parties（hired） out of the hospital patient satisfaction survey, our hospital patient＇s nursing satisfaction rise, increased significantly, especially in 2017 in jiangsu province who planning commission investigation in 2017 than in 2016 increased by 2.17%, the third party agencies（hired） survey in 2017, a 3.08% rise in 2016. Conclusion Multiple modes of continuity nursing can improve the satisfaction of discharged patients.
