摘　　要：目的比较水胶体敷料和水胶体敷料联合新鲜芦荟外敷预防乳腺癌外周静脉化疗使用阿霉素脂质体致静脉炎的效果。方法选取本院2017年9月——2018年2月住院首次化疗的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组化疗住院期间常规予水胶体敷料保护,化疗间歇期予新鲜芦荟局部外敷;对照组化疗期间使用水胶体敷料局部外敷,化疗间歇期给予热纱布湿敷。比较两组患者化疗周期结束化疗性静脉炎的发生情况。结果观察组化疗性静脉炎的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论水胶体敷料联合新鲜芦荟外敷可有效预防阿霉素脂质体外周静脉化疗性静脉炎的发生。Objective To compare the effect of external application of hydrocolloid dressing and hydrocolloid dressing combined with fresh aloe to prevent phlebitis caused by Adriamycin liposome in peripheral blood chemotherapy of breast cancer. Methods 80 inpatients with initial chemotherapy from September 2017 to February 2018 were selected, they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group was routinely protected by hydrocolloid dressing during chemotherapy hospitalization, and fresh aloe was topically applied during intermittent chemotherapy. The control group received topical application of hydrocolloid dressing during chemotherapy, and hot gauze wet compress during chemotherapy. The incidence of chemotherapy induced phlebitis in the two groups at the end of chemotherapy period was compared. Results The incidence of chemotherapy induced phlebitis in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressing combined with fresh aloe topical application can effectively prevent the occurrence of peripheral venous chemotherapeutic phlebitis in Adriamycin lipid.
