网络志愿者参与图书馆资源建设的行为及激励体系研究

摘　　要：【目的/意义】网络志愿服务在网络时代中展现出极大优势,以网络志愿者为切入点可以帮助图书馆解析志愿者行为,制定推动志愿者参与资源建设的激励体系。【方法/过程】本文通过调查问卷的形式,从基本信息、参与频率、参与渠道、参与时间、参与动机、参与内容、满意度和参与意愿等方面了解当前网络志愿者的参与行为,并制定了包含招募筛选、教育培训、工作安排、奖励补贴和评价反馈五方面的激励体系。【结果/结论】最后,从明确网络志愿服务地位、引入项目管理思想、建立资源整合联盟三方面进行总结,为图书馆发展网络志愿服务提供理论指导。【Purpose/significance】Network voluntary service shows great advantages in the age of internet.Taking the network volunteer as an entry point can help the library analyze volunteers＇ behavior and develop an incentive system to promote volunteer participation in resource construction.【Method/process】Through questionnaires, this article learns about the current participation behavior of network volunteers from basic information, participation frequency, channel, time,motivation, content, satisfaction and willingness to participate. We also develop an incentive system includes recruitment, education and training, work arrangement, reward, evaluation and feedback.【Result/conclusion】It concludes from the aspects of clearing the status of network voluntary service, introducing project management idea, and establishing resource integration alliance to provide theoretical guidance for the library to develop network voluntary service.
